I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location was really special, just a short walk from The Elephant Sanctuary, which was a highlight of my trip. While the rooms were decent, I felt they could have been better for the price I paid. The service was a bit awkward at times, but the host was genuinely kind and gave good advice. Overall, it was a decent stay, but it left a bit to be desired in terms of value for money.
My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel's location was absolutely beautiful and very close to The Elephant Sanctuary, which is a must-visit. While the service had a friendly older lady who was lovely, the rooms could use some serious attention, and I found them quite dirty for the price I paid. Overall, it had potential but left a lot to be desired.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location is quite special and near some great attractions, but the rooms were unfortunately not very clean and left a lot to be desired for the price I paid. On the bright side, the service from the host was exceptionally kind and he had great tips for local food and sights. Overall, I think the hotel could really improve in cleanliness and facilities to match its beautiful setting.
My stay at the resort was quite enjoyable overall. The location is remarkable, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were okay and comfortable, but I feel like they could have been better for the price. The service was a bit hit or miss, with only a few staff members really standing out as accommodating. Nonetheless, the facilities, especially the pool area, were fantastic and well-kept.
The resort spa provided a lovely ambiance with clean and comfortable accommodations, which made my stay pleasant. The staff was mostly friendly, but I did encounter some unfriendly service at times. The location was beautiful, offering stunning views, although access during certain hours was a bit challenging. While the dining options were decent, they could use more variety. Overall, it’s a nice place to unwind, yet a few improvements could elevate the experience.
